Yummy Kraft Recipes

I was preparing Bruschetta Chicken Bake  (which I found in my What’s Cooking magazine , by Kraft), and I say to myself, “This is just so easy, I wonder how many people take advantage of these recipes found at Kraft?” You can sign up for a free magazine to be mailed to you, or you can check the website for recipes using ingredients you have on hand. Bruschetta Chicen Bake

1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg.  (120 g) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb.  (680 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup  KRAFT Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.

LAYER chicken, basil, cheese and stuffing in 3-L or 13×9-inch baking dish.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done.

Substitute
Try using Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken, which has 41% less sodium than our regular Chicken Stuffing Mix.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with steamed Italian-style vegetables.
