Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Muffins- A Feel Good Recipe For Moms

This is a variation of a recipe using white flour that is just delicious AND nutritious- A feel good recipe for moms. I also add chocolate chips for the kids.

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup bran flakes

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup white sugar

3/4 cup peanut butter

2 cups milk

2 eggs- beaten

Mix dry ingredients adding peanut butter to make crumbly mixture. Add milk and eggs and mix well with spoon. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips if desired. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Makes 9 large muffins or 12 small muffins. ENJOY!
