Very Moist Brownies

This recipe is not only the best tasting, but the best for you brownie recipe:

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup strained prunes (128 ml baby food)

3 TBSP melted butter

2 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 8″x 8″ greased square pan and bake for 20-22 minutes or until the top pops back up once touched.
