Saving Mommy Money

Since I will not be around to give these top 5 tips for Christmas 2009 after Christmas, I will do it now for all you frugal spenders!

1. Keep holiday gift bags, and unripped paper for next year

2. Do not open gifts that you think you will not use and keep them some where safe in case you choose to regift them

3. SHOP, SHOP, SHOP...if you have a little money left over, do some holiday shopping for next year. Sales are usually extended past the 26th, if you dislike the Boxing Day rush

4. Keep your eyes and ears open for what peple say they wish they would have received, but didn't...bah humbug!

5. Buy decorations, gift wrap, tags, cards and other stuff on sale. Make sure you look for these items at dollar stores as well
