This is another EASY crock pot recipe that is a favorite in our household. The left overs make great sandwiches, hot or cold.
Ingredients
1 roast
1 small jar of salsa
2 cups of beef broth
Directions
Sear all sides of the roast in a frying pan. Set into slow cooker and cover with broth. Pour salsa on top of roast and set slow cooker to low. Let cook for 8-9 hours. The broth makes a delicious, spicy gravy. Lift roast out of crock pot and pour broth into a pan. Add Flour and water and whisk until desired consistency. ENJOY!
NOTE: For a low fat version of this meal, enjoy mashed cauliflour with small amount of gravy!
