I am finding that I need to “destress” these days. I think it may be post holiday stress or the winter blues, but stress none the less. Here are a few things that I have researched that may help if you are feeling a little jacked up:

1. Heal yourself: We hear this over and over BUT it’s the truth; exercise, a healthy diet, regular sleep, moderate to minimal alcohol intake, and no smoking will make you feel less stressed.

2. Get organized: Physical clutter reminds us of things that need to be done and that’s stressful. Remove your physical clutter and you’ll eradicate your mental clutter, plus you’ll feel energized.
