On one of my grocery ventures this past week, I forgot to check my receipt before leaving the store; this is a big no-no as I always discover that something has not scanned at its sale price. Upon returning home (to brag to my husband about the 8lb of ground beef that I got for $8.00), I discovered that I had paid $16.00 for that ground beef. Grrrrr. With gas the price it is and my precious time that I lose, driving back to the store is not a favorite chore. However, I did return to the store. I expected to get my $8.00 back, but the cashier gave me back all $16.00. WOW! I was thrilled, not that I wasn’t entitled to it, but thrilled, nonetheless. Free Meat works for me!
