My Savings This Week Included…

by mom on November 21, 2008

Lately, our sales have started on Fridays instead of Saturdays. I don’t know if this is occuring every where or just in Ottawa. Anyway, these are the sales that I was able to get at:

2 L of milk (2% and chocolate) – $1.97, blueberries-$2.00, yogurt- $0.33/ea, Red Hots- $2.00, Cheerios- $3.97 (but had $1.50 coupon as well, so cost me $2.47 for 775g), French’s Dijon- $1.47 (with $1.50 coupon), baby cereal (Nestle and Heinz) – $2.97 (with $1.00 coupon ea), Dempster’s White Whole Wheat bread-  $2.00, 4 huge chicken breasts- $6.70/pkg (50% off) ….check the online flier for more!

Our biggest savings, however, is the price of gas at $0.719/L – UNBELIEVABLE..I heard that it will be going as low as $0.68/L soon.
