Price Chopper, Ottawa, ON (so keep in mind that these are Canadian specials with Canadian money) is where we do our grocery shopping. We get great deals on a regular basis as it is a bag/box your own groceries, $.05/bag store. Specials are usually great. This week we bought:
4L of milk for $3.99,
grapes for $.99/lb,
4 pack of pudding for $.99,
Ragu spaghetti sauce for $.99/bottle,
Johnsonville sausages for $2.00.
Special K cereal for $3.00
Captain Highliner battered fish for $3.50/box
But our big savings was yesterday’s shopping spree at Zellers where all 50% off toys were buy 1 and get one free. Very handy since my boy’s birthday is coming up at the end of September. Woohoo! I bought a toy kitchen kettle set, Tad puzzle and Thomas briefs for $14.00!
