Spaghetti Squash: 1 spaghetti squash will provide 2 large side dishes
This is a super easy recipe for a healthy alternative to pasta.
1. Boil the whole squash for 35 minutes.
2. Take out of water and let sit at least 10 minutes (it’s HOT)
3. Cut the squash along its equator and scoop out its guts
4. Scoop the squash out with a spoon and separate the strings with a fork
5. Toss the squash with a TBSP of olive oil, REAL bacon bits and Parmasan cheese. Serve immediately.
