Kid’s Room Decor For Under $5

by mom on July 27, 2009

The key to this project is finding cheap frames from a thrift store or garage/ yard sale, painting them and then being creative. I have decorated with these frames for both my son’s rooms. They were frames for small water color bugs that I drew and painted for my 1st son’s nursery, and now home for a construction theme- seen below- for my 16 month old. Steps are as follows:

1. download pictures from the computer and print off

2. make a creative mat with construction paper ( I cheated and taped the one color onto the next and then the photo on top)

3. frame it!

Easy- And cute- Works for me!
