Should children be getting the flu shot? Well, there has been so much speculation about the flu shot, whether it works or not, whether it hinders our ability to produce our own antigens, etc. Well, all I can say is: GET YOUR FLU SHOT and GET EVERONE IN YOUR FAMILY VACCINATED IF THEY ARE OVER 6 MONTHS OF AGE. This is best for your family and for those in the community who are unable to get the flu shot or who have compromised immune systems.
