....is a Magic Eraser. I use it on my tiles in the bathroom to remove soap scum, on my counter in the kitchen to remove marks, I use it in the sink to remove rust, and it even takes scuffs and marks off of linoleum and wood floors. All you have to do is erase and then wipe with a damp clean cloth afterward. Click here for more information..but don't just take my word for it:

My kitchen sink is an old enamel thing and it stains really easily. Press a pan against it and voila, there are a bunch of steel-colored scrapes all over it. Leave a glass in the sink with water in it for a day and it leaves a ring. Even th

ough these stains show up very easily, often even bleach doesn't get them out. With the Magic Eraser, though, they come off with hardly any effort. Miraculous.

Same story in the shower. Wipe it on the floor and the water stains come right off. It cleans gunk off the side of pans that regular soap & a dishcloth can't budge. It cleans out the bathroom sink easy as pie. It works so well and so easily, I was very curious to know how it does what it does so well. At the same time, I was afraid to find out that I was using something toxic or wrong or in some way bad. So I restrained my curiosity and did not look into it. Until today.

My son started school (Junior Kindergarten, as they have in Ontario, CANADA), at the age of 3. He was ready; he needed the stimulation. He was bored at home; and I couldn't do enough activities with him using math and letters or enough arts'n'crafts to keep him satisfied. When I was little, my Mom used to make these for us. My boys seem to also enjoy them. Pair them with veggies and they are a nutritious, EASY, cute lunch.

Ingredients

bread

cheese (sliced works better)

hotdogs, cut in shapes

Directions

Set oven to 350F. On a cookie sheet, place bread side by side. Place cheese on top of brad and decorate with hotdog pieces. Place cookie sheet in oven and bake until cheese starts to turn golden, hotdogs are cooked and the bread is toasted. ENJOY!!

41. WD-40 is great for removing crayon from walls. Spray on the mark and wipe with a clean rag.

42. Also, if you've discovered that your teenage daughter has washed and dried a tube of lipstick with a load of laundry, saturate the lipstick spots with WD-40 and rewash.
Presto! The lipstick is gone!

43. If you sprayed WD-40 on the distributor cap, it would displace the moisture and allow the car to start.

Here are some more home remedies; thanks to my mom and her useful household hints and handy tips.

For A Sore Throat:

Mix a clove (which is antiseptic and fights infection) with 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (to fight inflammation). infuse the tea in 2 cups boiling water; stir in 4 teaspoons honey (soothes irritation). sip throughout the day until your throat feels better.

For Urinary Tract Infection:

Baking soda makes the bladder more alkaline, which prevents bacteria from multiplying. drink a solution made with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda mixed in 8 ounces of water at the first sign of symptoms. continue this once a day until you see a doctor, get a culture, and start taking antibiotics.

For Restless Legs:

Tonic water: use a 6 ounce glass of tonic water before bed might calm symptoms of restless legs syndrome;the quinine it contains helps stop repeated muscle contractions.

For Athlete's Foot:

A saline solution provides a hostile environment for fungus, decreases excess perspiration, and softens skin so antifungal meds can penetrate deeper. soak your foot for 5 to 10 minutes in a mixture of 2 teaspoons of salt per pint of warm water.

For Eczema:

Packed with inflammation reducing antioxidants, olive oil is the basis of many moisturizers;used alone, it is free of chemical irritants you may find in store bought creams. rub 1 teaspoon per square inch of skin, creating a seal that keeps skin from drying out. for serious cases, cover oiled skin with plastic wrap overnight.
