I came across this recipe last year in What's Cooking Magazine. I brought the cookies to my Mother's and everyone really enjoyed them. I love how easy and delicious they are, so I will be making them again this year:
Ingredients
1 package of Baker's semi sweet chocolate squares
1 box of Ritz crackers
flavour additive of your choice: mint and orange are our favorites
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a microwave bowl for about 2-3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
Stir in flavour, if desired.
Dip each Ritz cracker into chocolate (using 2 forks) and place on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper.
Sprinkle with decorative sprinkles.
Place cookie sheet in fridge or outside to cool. Package in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer when cookies are cool. ENJOY!
