I am always looking for easy recipes to use during the Holidays as I would rather spend my time away from the kitchen with guests and my family. Here is an awesome recipe from What's Cooking that your kids can assist with:
Easy Chocolate Fudge
1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 can (300g) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
Melt chocolate with condensed milk in a microwaveable bowl for 2-3 minutes until chocolate is almost completely melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
Stir vanilla with any other ingredient you wish to add (such as peanuts, marshmallows, cookies) and add to mixture
Line an 8 inch pan with tin foil and pour fudge into pan
Refrigerate for 2 hours, lift from pan and cut into squares
ENJOY!
