Desitin Cream is the king of all diaper rash creams. It relieves diaper rash within 12 hours and is excellent at preventing them. I previously used Aveeno, No Name, Penaten and others, but will be spending the extra money next time. It also can be used on other minor skin irritations, such as minor abrasions and burns. When using Desitin, you only need about 1/2 a pea size per bottom instead of a finger full of the other stuff.
