Creamy-Delicious Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

OK- This isn’t the lowest in fat recipe, but it needs to be shared.

6 potatoes peeled, cut and boiled

1 pkg garlic and herb cream cheese

1/3 package of frozen peas or mixed veggies

1 lb lean ground beef

1/4 cup of flour

1 1/2 cups of beef bouillon

Boil potatoes until done and mash. Add the cream cheese and stir. stem the veggies until cooked, but firm. Fry the beef and sprinkle with the flour while stirring. Add the bouillon to the meat and continue to stir until a gravy has formed. Layer the meat and gravy mixture, then the veggies and finally the potatoes in a Pam sprayed casserole dish. brush the potatoe with egg white and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 350F until golden
