3 Products that work very well on carpet stains are: Spray'n'Wash, Shout (for clothes) and my ALL TIME FAVE- Spot Shot!; I am not impressed with the Shout Carpet product and find that the others work much better. This is how I have gotten MANY stains out of my carpet-Get Coupons below-
If stain is fresh:
1. Dab up loose particles and or wetness.
2. Spray stain with above products (after testing small portion of carpet for color fastness), covering entire stain.
3. Work the product into the stain with a wet rag by massaging carpet lightly and NOT scrubbing.
4. Let product sit on stain for about 5-10 and massage carpet again with another clean, dry cloth.
5. Stain should be removed, so dab wetness with another clean, dry cloth.
6. Do not walk on carpet until area is dry.
If Stain Is Old
